These doors are made of metal sheets, filling the gap with stone wool that insulates heat and sound. In order to provide a more attractive aesthetic appearance and even better insulating properties, the armored doors of the apartment are additionally covered with laminated MDF or MDP panels. On MDF panels, the selected pattern can be milled.
Armoured doors are manufactured according to the dimensions of the opening, which ensures reliable fastening, easy and quiet opening. Apartment doors can be chosen with one or two locks, which are produced by well-recommended manufacturers: “S-PRO”, “DORMA”, “MOTTURA”, “ASSA”, “EVVA”, “ABLOY”, “SECUREMME”, “FIAM-ISEO”. Additional latches and chains can be installed when you want even more security.
Construction and equipment of armored interior or exterior doors:
LEAF:
- Folded and made of 1.2mm DC01 sheet steel.
- The exterior doors are made exclusively of electro-galvanized ZE25/25 sheet steel.
- The thickness of the sash is 69 mm.
FRAME:
- Folded from 1.5mm thick sheet metal or 2mm thick rectangular pipe.
- For exterior doors, only folded, hidden from electro-galvanized ZE25/25 sheet steel are used.
COLORING:
- The metal structure is powder-coated according to the RAL color palette with structured paints.
FITTINGS:
- The door leaf is insulated with stone wool “PAROC” 42mm.
- Hinges: on support bearings (2pcs).
- Insulation: insulating (sealing) gasket.
- Threshold: Stainless steel.
- Locks: Doors are equipped with a wide variety of locks.
- Eyelet: standard.
FINISH:
- Finish: LMDP panels or PVC panels.
- Exterior doors Okoume or painted MDF trim panels.
- Outer edges 18 mm.
- Internal 12 mm edgings, pipe frames and hidden frames.
ARMOR DOORS CORRESPOND TO:
- Sound insulation coefficient – 42dB.
- Heat transfer coefficient – 1.4 W/(m2K).
- Impact resistance – class 4.
- Mechanical durability – class 4.
- Air penetration -3 class.
- Waterproofness – class 4A.
- Resistance to repeated opening and closing (100,000 cycles) – Class C5.
